Facebook Lead Ads are fantastic for effectively generating leads quickly, but they're not perfect. Their biggest flaw is that it's a pain in the ass to actually get the leads from Facebook. You'd think that you'd get a notification whenever you get a new lead, but that's not the case. You have to use a service like Zapier or LeadSync.me to basically connect the lead with your CRM, your ISA, your buyer's agent, or just a text message notification that you have a new lead.
Some CRM's now have a direct integration to Facebook lead Ads, so if your CRM does, you may not need Zapier, unless you want it to do something more than what your CRM will do. WiseAgent, LionDesk, FollowUpBoss, and others now have direct integrations. So before signing up for Zapier, check with your CRM to see if they have a direct integration w/ Facebook.
Luckily, it's a great system once you get it setup, but it does take a little work to get the system in place. This video walkthrough shows exactly how to do that.
