  • Sell at least 1 house per month (on average)
  • Personally service the market you're claiming
  • Agree to treat other members with respect and professionalism.
  • Acknowledge that you may be removed from the Referral Network if you're found to provide unsatisfactory service to the clients referred to you.
  • Understand your membership will auto-renew after 12 months, unless you cancel renewal before that. There will be no refunds for those who fail to stop the auto-renewal.

Since all members have agreed to these terms, you can be confident that your referrals will go to great agents who are actively producing. Which also means your chances of receiving referrals is much higher than most other referral networks.
